REFUND & RETURN POLICY

When you choose to shop for boxing gear on our platform, you’re entering a realm of reliability. To reaffirm this, we extend a 7-day return policy for any damages that may occur on our Furioux Pro fight sports gear.

In addition, we offer store credits for eligible refund cases, providing you with the flexibility to explore more of our exceptional gear.

 

Refund Process

To initiate a refund claim, kindly adhere to the following process:

1. Complete the Refund Form (providing your order number is essential).
2. Attach any pertinent details, including images of damaged or incorrect products.
3. Upon verification by our QA team, you will be notified via email.
4. If a return is applicable, we will share a return shipping label with you, along with warehouse details and the address.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to confirm its arrival. We will subsequently notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a stipulated timeframe.

Please note that returns should not be sent to the manufacturer’s address from where the package was originally shipped unless instructed to do so.

Refund Requirements

To qualify for a return, please ensure adherence to the following points:

  1. Initiate the return within 7 days after the parcel has been received.
  2. The item must be in its original condition without signs of wear.
  3. All original packaging, tags, and gift cards should be included.
  4. Accidental damages, like cuts, burns, or mishandling, cannot be returned.
  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. A refund fee of 20% applies to all cases.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS (NON REFUNDABLE)

While Furioux Pro fight gear products may be refunded, custom-made products unfortunately cannot be refunded unless their damages were verified as production errors and not accidental mishandling.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Our fight gear adheres to standard market sizes. Please consult the size guide for precise measurements. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes ordered; however, in the event of incorrect sizing shipped, we will exchange it for the correct size with all return costs covered by the company.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
For items over $75, consider utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If a refund has not been received, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. Refunds may take time to be officially posted. If the delay persists, contact your bank. Processing time for refunds is often required.

CANCELLED ORDERS

WITHIN 24 HOURS

In cases of cancellation within 24 hours, a 5% cancellation fee will apply for refunds, or a 100% coupon can be redeemed for future purchases.

AFTER 24 HOURS

All orders are processed after a 24-hour waiting period. In cases of cancellation after this timeframe, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted for refunds, or a 90% coupon can be redeemed for future purchases.

AFTER 96 HOURS / 4 DAYS

Orders cannot be cancelled after 96 hours as product materials are processed within this time frame.

WARRANTY

The Furioux Pro warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from product usage or misuse. Our warranty policy applies solely to products received as defective. The 180-day warranty only encompasses manufacturing defects. The item will undergo evaluation to determine if the defect is manufacturing-related or the result of damage incurred.
